Client Lifecycle & Business Support Manager

As a Client Lifecycle & Business Support Manager at Incore Corporate Services in Madrid (Spain), you will work closely with the Business Support team and our Client Relationship & Sales (CRS) colleagues in Switzerland.

 

Your responsibilites include supporting our teams with customer documentation, onboarding processes, and compliance-related tasks. You will be responsible for ensuring all procedures meet internal and regulatory standards while providing operational support to the Business Support and Client Relationship & Sales (CRS) teams.

You will report directly to the Head Business Support and you will be responsible for the timely and efficient execution of assigned tasks, like; 

  • First line of defense in customer onboarding in the Brokerage & Global Custody, Payment Services and Digital Asset Services business areas
  • Supporting Relationship Managers and Sales Managers of the Client Relationship & Sales (CRS) team with various daily administrative tasks. Conducting periodic customer reviews in accordance with internal guidelines
  • Creation of digital customer dossiers in compliance with internal guidelines and formats; managing all required forms and documents
  • Preparation of KYC documents for existing and new customers
  • Operational activities in the area of onboarding / change of circumstances, different types of customer screenings fulfilling all compliant needs and required due diligence

To be successful in this role, you will have: 

  • a Bachelor's degree in Business, Banking, Law, or a related field (higher education is an advantage).
  • 3-5 years of experience in banking, particularly in customer onboarding, due diligence, or compliance
  • Familiarity with corporate or B2B banking is a plus.
  • strong knowledge of due diligence, customer documentation and KYC processes.
  • Fluency in English is required; Spanish is preferred but not mandatory. German or any additional language is an asset.
