Incore Bank AG, Zurich, Switzerland (‘Incore’) will treat the information submitted via this complaint form (the ‘Information’) as confidential, will only use it in connection with the complaint and will not disclose or make it available to unauthorised third parties. However, the submitter of the Information (the ‘Submitter’) understands and acknowledges that the Information will be processed and stored by Incore. In addition, the Sender acknowledges and recognises that Incore may, under certain circumstances, disclose the identity of the Sender and the transmitted information to third parties, namely the competent authorities, in order to fulfil legal obligations. As with any electronic data transmission or use of electronic means of communication, it is possible for information to be intercepted by third parties, lost, received late or incomplete, damaged, falsified or destroyed. Incore cannot guarantee that such incidents will not occur and in particular does not guarantee the security and error-free transmission of information. The sender is aware of the dangers of electronic communication.
Any liability of Incore in connection with the information is excluded to the extent possible under applicable Swiss law.
All legal relationships between Incore and the sender are subject to Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
