Incore Bank AG, Zurich, Switzerland (‘Incore’) will treat the information submitted via this complaint form (the ‘Information’) as confidential, will only use it in connection with the complaint and will not disclose or make it available to unauthorised third parties. However, the submitter of the Information (the ‘Submitter’) understands and acknowledges that the Information will be processed and stored by Incore.
