Customer lifecycle management

Bring your customers on board efficiently - from private individuals to business customers. With clearly structured input masks, you can create customer profiles and directly create an investor profile for subsequent advice. Functions such as client profiling, appropriateness checks, risk-bearing capacity and ESG sustainability preferences are integrated.

Investment advice

Based on the investor profile created during onboarding, the system guides you through the entire advisory process. MyWebDepot supports one-off investments as well as savings and withdrawal plans. You can offer individual securities as well as standardized or individual asset management and optimize existing custody accounts. Investment advice is MiFiD and FiDleG compliant, and functions such as ex-ante cost disclosure, electronic signature and video and text chat are available.

Reporting

The MyWebDepot statement of assets presents the client's assets in your company's corporate design. The report can be created in the client's language and customized to their specific requirements. A wide selection of standard reports, customized reporting, ex-post fee reports and the choice of reference currency are also available. Transmission to third-party systems such as CRM or print shops is also possible.

Customer portal

Offer your customers transparency and service around the clock. Via the customer portal, every customer has 24/7 access to their personal dashboard with all relevant information on their investments. You can use the portal to communicate via video or text chat, exchange documents and present current asset balances.

Interface management

With over 70 interfaces to fund platforms and banks in Germany, Switzerland and Austria, we ensure that customer custody accounts are updated on a daily basis. This enables seamless integration into your existing system landscape and offers you the flexibility to implement additional interfaces via APIs at short notice.

Loss threshold monitoring

Keep an eye on your clients' asset management around the clock and fulfil the MiFID II requirements for loss threshold monitoring. When the defined thresholds are reached, the system automatically informs you and starts a client notification process after approval. Compliance with these requirements is checked annually and is safeguarded by our system.
