A look back: 1984 to 2024

11.10.1984

Foundation of SOBACO Informatik AG with the aim of developing a modern new core banking system PENTA.

1985

Foundation of AZISOFT, Nyon as a partner in Western Switzerland for joint core banking development

1991

PENTA is fully implemented for the first time at Bankers Trust and goes live worldwide

1994

Acquisition of the UBS Private Banking subsidiaries and subsequently VP Bank Group as new customers

1995

BALTOS, a UBS subsidiary, is the first BPO & ASP provider in Switzerland to use PENTA for its multi-bank operations

2000

SOBACO founds its own ASP provider, PriBaSys, and shortly afterwards takes over the BPO provider OutFits

2004

SOBACO Group reaches its peak with 110 employees and 8 companies SOBACO Holding AG; SOBACO Informatik AG; AZISOFT SA; SOBACO Software SA; SOBACO Deutschland GmbH; SOBACO (CI) Ltd; PriBaSys and PreBaServ

2006

Technische Neuausrichtung gescheitert; Die UBS Privat Banking Tochtergesellschaften wurden an Julius Bär verkauft und die VP Bank Gruppe hat sich für Avaloq entschieden. Peter Haist wurde zum Group CEO ernannt mit dem Auftrag die Firma bis 2010 kontrolliert herunter zu fahren und aufzulösen.

2007

Cooperation agreement with the core banking provider Finnova

01.01.2011

Management buyout by Peter Haist and partners of SOBACO Solutions and SOBACO Services with 14 employees, Start of Core Banking Finnova implementation and operation

2015

Majority stake in SOBACO Betax, which develops and operates asset management software with the goal of equipping the Swiss asset management market

2017

Majority stake in InCore Bank to supplement the technical solution with a Banking-as-a-Service solution

2019

New strategic focus of InCore Bank on digital assets, modular services and international clients

Seit 2019

InCore's customer base was increased from 8 customers to around 400-500.

Almost exactly 40 years to the day after its foundation: launch of the umbrella brand Incore and consolidation of all companies under one brand.
