Incore Bank AG Executive Board:
Roger Darin appointed Head of Brokerage
The Board of Directors of Incore Bank AG has appointed Roger Darin as Head of Brokerage and a member of the Executive Board. The experienced banker has an impressive track record and extensive expertise in new forms of digital finance.
“In Roger Darin, we have appointed a proven expert from within our own ranks to this key position,” says CEO Mark Dambacher. “He will help to implement the chosen strategy of our B2B transaction bank while bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to the table.”
Before being appointed to his new role, Roger Darin successfully headed the areas of Trading, Direct Access Clients, Forex & Treasury, and New Markets. He also established the Paying Agent Services division, which is well on its way to becoming a key pillar of the bank. He played a key part in shaping these roles and was closely involved in the expansion into new market segments and in delivering customer-focused innovation to the Techbank.
“Brokerage serves as a link between market participants – whether for traditional asset classes or new forms of investment. My aim is to translate the lessons learned from trading, consulting and product management into solutions that are easy for our clients to use, yet highly sophisticated from a technological perspective,” explains Roger Darin, Head of Brokerage.
As an experienced banker and creative entrepreneur, Roger Darin brings with him more than 25 years of international experience in trading, financial markets, digital assets and management consulting. Alongside his work for Incore Bank, he also lectures at various Swiss colleges and universities and serves as an active member of the advisory board of SICTIC (Swiss ICT Investors Club), one of Switzerland’s leading angel investor networks.
