Incore Bank AG appoints Erich Schärli as new member of the Board of Directors
 

We are delighted to welcome Erich Schärli as a new member of our Board of Directors. He has an impressive career and brings over 20 years of leadership experience in auditing and consulting for banks. With his extensive expertise and deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the financial sector, he is ideally positioned to support the strategic direction of Incore Bank.

Throughout his career, Erich Schärli has supported retail, private, and investment banks in key areas such as governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance. He worked as a consultant and lead audit partner at the international Big Four firms KPMG and Deloitte, and since 2026 he has been a partner at Structuul AG, where he is responsible for consulting projects and training programs in the fields of governance, risk culture, and compliance. Erich Schärli is a certified public accountant and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Controlling from the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW Basel).
