When you visit our websites, our servers temporarily store each access in a log file, known as a server log file. This includes, for example, your IP address, the date and time of your visit, the name of the file accessed, the access status (successful, partially successful, unsuccessful, etc.), the web browser and operating system used, and other similar information that serves to avert danger in the event of attacks on our information technology systems.

Cookies / Tracking and other technologies related to the use of our websites

In certain cases, we use cookies and similar technologies that enable us and third parties we engage to recognize you when you use our websites and, in some circumstances, to track you across multiple visits. A cookie is a small file that is sent to your computer or automatically stored on your computer or mobile device by the web browser you use when you visit our websites. When you visit these websites again, we can recognize you, even if we do not know who you are. In addition to cookies that are only used during a session and deleted after your visit to the website (“session cookies”), cookies can also be used to store user settings and other information for a certain period of time (“permanent cookies”). However, you can set your browser to reject cookies, store them for one session only, or delete them prematurely.

When you visit our website, you will see a banner informing you about our use of cookies and your options. This banner is provided by the Cookiebot service (Cybot A/S, Havnegade 39, 1058 Copenhagen, Denmark). Cookiebot is used to manage and document your consent to the use of cookies and similar technologies. When you make your selection in the cookie banner, Cookiebot stores a corresponding consent cookie on your device to log your consent or refusal.

If you wish to disable cookies completely, you can adjust your general browser settings accordingly and also delete cookies that you have already stored. Further information on the individual types of cookies can be found under Cookie Settings. There you will find a list of the individual cookies under Cookie Details. You can also manage your consent settings here. We sometimes use Google services or similar services on our websites. These services enable us to measure and evaluate the use of the websites and the effectiveness of online campaigns. Permanent cookies set by the service provider are also used for this purpose. The service provider does not receive any personal data from us (and does not store any IP addresses), but can track your use of the websites, combine this information with data from other websites you have visited and which are also tracked by the service provider, and use these findings for its own purposes (e.g. advertising control). If you have registered with the service provider yourself, the service provider also knows who you are. The processing of your personal data by the service provider is then carried out under the responsibility of the service provider in accordance with its data protection regulations. The service provider only informs us about how our respective website is used (no information about you personally).

Social media presence

We are present on social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, YouTube) in order to communicate with interested parties and provide information about our activities and operations. If you visit such online platforms, personal data may be transmitted to the social network provider. Please note that user data may also be transferred to a server in a third country and may therefore also be processed outside Switzerland.

Furthermore, user data within social media platforms is generally processed for market research and advertising purposes. For these purposes, cookies are usually stored on users' computers, in which the usage behaviour and interests of users are stored. Furthermore, data may also be stored in the usage profiles independently of the devices used by the users (in particular if the users are members of the respective platforms and are logged in to them).

For a detailed description of the respective forms of processing and the options for objection (opt-out), please refer to the data protection provisions and information provided by the operators of the respective platforms. There you will also find out in which countries they process your data, what rights you have to information, deletion and other rights of data subjects, and how you can exercise these rights or obtain further information.

Social media plug-ins

Our website is linked to plug-ins and content from social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, YouTube). These plug-ins make it easier to share content on these platforms.

When you visit our website and click on the respective plug-in or content, a connection to the server of the respective provider may be established automatically. Certain data (such as the time of your visit to the respective service, browser type, IP address) is collected and stored by the provider. If you have a user account with one of these providers, they may assign this information to your profile. If you also interact with these plug-ins (e.g. by clicking the ‘Like’ button or posting a comment), this information is also transmitted to this provider and stored there.

In all these cases, additional terms of use and data protection provisions of these providers apply, which must be accepted separately by the user. We have no control over the use of such data collected by providers and accept no responsibility or liability.

Data transfer and transmission abroad

Within the scope of our business activities and purposes, we also disclose data to third parties, insofar as this is permitted and appears appropriate to us, either because they process it for us (contract data processing) or because they wish to use it for their own purposes. This applies in particular to the following entities:

  • Our service providers (within Incore and external, such as banks and asset managers), including order processors (such as IT providers)
  • Contractual partners, including customers
  • Authorities, government agencies, courts, supervisory authorities or auditing companies
  • Media, press offices
  • Other companies within Incore

These recipients are predominantly located in the United Kingdom, but may also be based outside the United Kingdom. In particular, you must expect your data to be transferred to all countries in which Incore is represented by group companies, branches or other offices, as well as to other countries in Europe and the United States where the service providers we use are located (e.g. Microsoft, Google). If we transfer personal data to a country without adequate legal data protection, we take appropriate precautions to continue to protect your personal data adequately (e.g. by agreeing on so-called EU standard clauses), by verifying that the respective companies are certified in accordance with the Data Privacy Framework (if the data recipient is based in the USA or stores the data there) or by relying on legal exceptions such as consent, contract processing or the establishment, exercise or enforcement of legal claims.

Duration of storage of personal data

We only process and store your data for as long as is legally necessary or required to provide the service you have requested or for other purposes related to the processing. If there are no legal or contractual obligations to the contrary, we will delete or anonymize your data after the storage or processing period has expired as part of our normal procedures.

Data security

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access and misuse, such as IT and network security solutions, encryption, access restrictions, instructions and employee training. Our security measures are regularly reviewed and adapted to the state of the art. Our order processors are also obliged to implement appropriate security measures. However, it is not possible to completely rule out security risks.

Profiling and automated individual decision-making

We reserve the right to process personal data automatically in future, in particular to identify key personal characteristics of the customer, predict developments and create customer profiles. This serves in particular to review and further develop offers and optimize the provision of services. In future, customer profiles may also lead to automated individual decisions (e.g. automated acceptance and execution of customer orders in eBanking). Should we use such procedures in individual cases, we will inform you separately if this is required by law and explain your associated rights to you.

Your rights

You have the following rights under the data protection law applicable to you and to the extent provided for therein:

  • The right to request information from us about whether and which data we process about you;
  • The right to have us correct data if it is incorrect;
  • The right to request the deletion of data;
  • The right to request that we disclose certain personal data in a common electronic format or transfer it to another controller;
  • The right to withdraw consent, insofar as our processing is based on your consent;
  • The right to object to the processing of your data, in particular for the purposes of direct marketing, profiling for direct advertising and other legitimate interests in processing;
  • The right to obtain further information necessary for the exercise of these rights upon request;
  • The right to express your point of view in the case of automated individual decisions and to request that the decision be reviewed by a natural person

You also have the right to enforce your claims in court or to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

To exercise these rights, please send us an email to the following address: legal@incorebank.ch

Please note that certain conditions, exceptions or restrictions may apply to these rights, for example if we need to store or process data, have a legitimate interest in doing so, or need it to enforce claims. We will inform you of this if necessary.

You may revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. This revocation must be made in writing to the following address:

Links
Incore Technology AG's websites may contain hyperlinks to other websites that Incore Technology AG does not operate or monitor. Third party websites are not subject to this policy. Incore Technology AG is not responsible for their content or for their use of personal data.

Google Analytics
This website uses the Google Analytics component (with anonymization function). Google Analytics is a web analytics service. Web analytics means the collection, collation and evaluation of information about the behavior of visitors to web pages. The information captured by the web analytics service includes the web page from which a data subject arrived at the current web page (the referrer), the subpages of the website that have been accessed and the frequency and length of visits to subpages. Web analytics is primarily used to optimize a web page and carry out a cost-benefit analysis of web advertising.

The Google Analytics component is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA.

The additional function «_gat._anonymizeIp» is used for the Google Analytics web analysis. This additional function abbreviates and anonymizes the IP address of the data subject’s internet connection when our web pages are accessed from a Member State of the European Union or from another country in the European Economic Area.

The purpose of using the Google Analytics component is to analyze visitor flows to our website. Google uses the data and information obtained in order to evaluate the use of our website, produce web reports for us showing the activities on our website, and to provide other services in connection with the use of our website.

Google Analytics places a cookie on the data subject’s computer. By setting this cookie, Google is able to analyze the use of this website. Each time one of the individual pages of this website that is operated by the processor and on which a Google Analytics component has been installed is accessed, the web browser on the data subject’s computer is automatically prompted by the respective Google Analytics component to transmit data to Google for the purpose of online analysis. As part of this technical process, Google obtains knowledge of personal data, such as the IP address of the data subject, that may be used by Google to track the origin of visitors and clicks and subsequently to enable computation of commissions.

The cookie is used to store personal information such as the access time, the location from which an access originated and the frequency of visits to our website by the data subject. Each time the data subject accesses the website, these personal data including the IP address of the Internet connection used by the data subject are transferred to Google in the United States of America. These personal data are stored in the United States of America by Google. Google may share this personal information collected by means of the technical process with third parties.

The data subject can prevent the setting of cookies by our website at any time, as described above, by configuring the appropriate web browser settings and thus permanently object to the setting of cookies. Such a configuration of the web browser settings would also prevent Google from setting a cookie on the data subject’s computer. In addition, a cookie already set by Google Analytics can be deleted via the web browser or other software programs at any time.

Furthermore, it is possible for the data subject to object to and prevent the collection of data generated by Google Analytics about the use of this website and the processing of this data by Google. To do this, the data subject must download and install a browser add-on from the link tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. This browser add-on tells Google Analytics via JavaScript that no data and information about visits to web pages may be transmitted to Google Analytics. Installing the browser add-on is considered by Google to be withdrawal of consent. If the data subject’s computer system is deleted, formatted or reinstalled at a later time, the data subject must reinstall the browser add-on in order to deactivate Google Analytics. If the browser add-on is uninstalled or deactivated by the data subject or by a person within his/her sphere of control, it may be reinstalled or reactivated.

More information about Google’s current privacy policy can be found at https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://marketingplatform.google.com/about/analytics/terms/de/. Google Analytics is explained in more detail at this link https://marketingplatform.google.com/about/.

Social Media Buttons
The Incore Technology AG websites integrate functions (in the form of plug-ins) of third-party providers or social media platforms (LinkedIn, Xing, Google+, etc.). These plug-ins allow the user to share content on the aforementioned social networks. The buttons are deactivated by default when the website is accessed. This means that no personal data is transmitted to the respective third-party providers without the user’s intervention. When the user activates the buttons, the plug-ins automatically transmit data including personal data to the corresponding third-party provider. If the user is logged into the network of the respective third-party provider at the same time, the third-party provider can match the visit to the user’s social media account. Incore Technology AG has no influence over this. The purpose and scope of this data collection and the further processing and use of personal data are subject to the privacy policies of the corresponding social networks. These also provide users with information on rights and settings in relation to protection of their privacy.

Hotjar
Incore Technology AG uses Hotjar as part of its services. Hotjar uses cookies. Hotjar processes stored anonymous information (e.g. click behavior, IP addresses, geographical location, browser type, length of visit, pages accessed) on behalf of Incore Technology AG in order to prepare reports on the use of the website. Incore Technology AG can also carry out targeted marketing activities on the basis of this information. Hotjar processes the data in Ireland. More information can be found at https://help.hotjar.com/hc/en-us/sections/115003180467-Privacy-Security-and-Operations.

Matomo (formerly called Piwik)
This website uses the open source web analysis service Matomo. Matomo uses technologies that make it possible to recognize the user across multiple pages with the aim of analyzing the user patterns (e.g. cookies or device fingerprinting). The information recorded by Matomo about the use of this website will be stored on our server. Prior to archiving, the IP address will first be anonymized.

Through Matomo, we are able to collect and analyze data on the use of our website by website visitors. This enables us to find out, for instance, when which page views occurred and from which region they came. In addition, we collect various log files (e.g. IP address, referrer, browser, and operating system used) and can measure whether our website visitors perform certain actions (e.g. clicks, purchases, etc.).

The use of this analysis tool is based on Art. 6 Sect. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the analysis of user patterns, in order to optimize the operator’s web offerings and advertising. If a corresponding agreement has been requested (e.g. an agreement to the storage of cookies), the processing takes place exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR; the agreement can be revoked at any time.

Hosting
We host Matomo exclusively on our own servers so that all analysis data remains with us and is not passed on.

Modifications
Incore Technology AG may unilaterally make changes to this policy at any time. The current version will be published online.

The Incore Asset Management Solution AG websites integrate functions (in the form of plug-ins) of third-party providers or social media platforms (LinkedIn, Xing, Google+, etc.). Incore Asset Management Solution AG has no influence over this. The purpose and scope of this data collection and the further processing and use of personal data are subject to the privacy policies of the corresponding social networks. These also provide users with information on rights and settings in relation to protection of their privacy.

Incore Asset Management Solution AG may unilaterally make changes to this policy at any time. The current version will be published online.
