Peter Haist is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Incore Asset Management Solution AG, Regensburg (Germany), a member of the Board of Directors of Incore Holding AG, Incore Technology AG and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Incore Bank AG. Since 2006, he has been Managing Director of the Incore Group, where he has held various management positions since 1995, including Head of Marketing, Sales & Key Account Management. Prior to that, he headed the IT department at Bankers Trust Zurich for about 5 years, after having worked as a project manager, analyst and programmer for JPMorgan Zurich for about 5 years. Peter Haist completed a banking apprenticeship and holds a degree in business informatics. He also holds a Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) ZHF in Business Consulting.

Bernd von Staa (born 1957) serves as Executive Vice President of msg global solutions Deutschland GmbH and is responsible for the business in Germany. He also serves as Business Development Leader of msg global Banking Solutions. He joined msg global solutions AG, Switzerland, as a partner in 2011 during the merger of his former company TSFI AG.

Bernd has held many roles during his career, including controller, program manager, CFO and general manager. After a number of positions in industry (Siemens AG, EADS AG (now Airbus)), he switched to the IT services sector with a focus on SAP consulting solutions, outsourcing and document management. In his current position, his duties mainly revolve around sales and business development, with a particular focus on digitalization and analytics for corporate management in the financial industry.

He has been a full member of the Supervisory Board since Incore Asset Management Solution AG was founded.

Ralph Konrad holds a degree in business administration and is responsible for accounting, controlling, internal auditing, IT, mergers & acquisitions and investment management on the Management Board. Ralph Konrad is also a member of the Management Board of Jung, DMS & Cie. AG and Managing Director of JDC Geld.de GmbH.

After two years of management consulting in the SME sector (partly carried out while studying), Ralph Konrad worked for three years for an investment company of the Sparkasse – initially as a project assistant, later as a project manager. There he carried out both growth and venture financing. Subsequently, together with a partner, Mr. Konrad founded his own investment company based in Cologne, for which he held a position on the Management Board with overall responsibility for four years.

Ralph Konrad has been a member of the Management Board of JDC Group AG since September 2005. He has more than twenty years of experience in the investment business and has actively supported IPOs and company sales as well as reorganizations.

The current CEO of Incore Asset Management Solution AG was born in 1971 in the German state of Rhineland-Palatinate. After completing his secondary education, he took the traditional route into banking by completing his basic training before studying to become a certified banking specialist. Since qualifying, he has focused on financial products and international stock exchange trading. After five years with a cooperative bank, he moved into financial management as group treasurer of a global sewing machine manufacturer. After moving to the cathedral city of Regensburg, he co-founded BETAX systems GmbH in 2000, which eventually became Incore Asset Management Solution AG.

The current CPO of Incore Asset Management Solution AG. was born in 1969 in Franconia, Germany. He spent 12 years in the Air Force as an active soldier in the technical and administrative areas and 15 months of training with the U.S. Air Force in Texas. Following his active service in the Bundeswehr, he focused on IT and successfully completed his education as an IT specialist. Since 2003, he has been with the company in various positions and was appointed Head of Software Development with authorized signatory in 2015. Most of the technical developments of Incore AM Solution services are his work. In July 2023, he joined the Executive Board as Chief Product Officer.
