Igor Djurdjevic joins the Executive Board of Incore Bank AG
Schlieren, February 17, 2026: Swiss tech bank Incore Bank AG has appointed Igor Djurdjevic as Head of Corporate Services on the Executive Board, effective February 1, 2026. He joins the management team as its fourth member and will be responsible for risk control, compliance, finance, and legal affairs.
Igor Djurdjevic succeeds René Hertach, who built up the Corporate Services division and retired at the end of January 2026.
Djurdjevic brings many years of management experience in Risk Control and Compliance at several Swiss private banks. Most recently, he held a senior position at Bergos Privatbank. He holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Zurich.
In his new role, Djurdjevic will assume strategic responsibility for the Corporate Services functions. A key focus will be the consistent implementation of regulatory requirements and the further development of efficient and compliant financial and control processes.
