25 years Incore Asset Management Solution AG:
From a vision to a multi-bank platform
There are moments in a company's history that require courage and team spirit. When Betax Systems GmbH was founded in 2000, the vision was clear but ambitious: to create an innovative financial software solution that is multi-bank capable and radically simplifies complex processes for asset managers, financial distributors, and insurance companies. Today, 25 years later, this vision has given rise to Incore Asset Management Solution AG (Incore AM Solution) – a company that bridges the gap between traditional asset management and state-of-the-art technology for financial service providers.
At its core is MyWebDepot, a modular platform developed specifically for the needs of financial investment advice, financial operations, and portfolio management. The powerful online portfolio management system with over 100 modules and features now covers the entire DACH region with 75 custodian bank interfaces. Whether in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland, Incore Asset Management Solution GmbH enables a seamless process from digital customer onboarding and consulting to the complete administration of customer custody accounts by intermediaries.
Resilience and foresight
During one of the most challenging economic periods, Jörg Richard, a native of the Palatinate region, banker, and classic car enthusiast, took the helm. With dedication and entrepreneurial vision, he led the company on a path of sustainable growth. The close collaboration with the then board members Martin Wanders and Dieter Schumann († 2021) was particularly influential. This team, complemented by the alliance with the Top Ten investment pool, formed the core of what still distinguishes the company today: reliability, expertise, and high quality standards.
Another decisive turning point came in 2015 with the partnership with Swiss entrepreneur Peter Haist and the SOBACO Group. MyWebDepot was further developed for the Swiss market, new banking interfaces were added, and sales and operations picked up speed in Schlieren/Zurich. Betax Systems GmbH became Sobaco Betax AG – and with the group-wide rebranding in November 2024, it finally became Incore Asset Management Solution AG (Incore AMS AG), which today operates as part of Incore Holding AG, a company focused on banking and technology.

Despite its international presence, the company remains true to its roots. While the team is firmly anchored in Regensburg, it is now complemented by the expertise of colleagues from Schlieren/Zurich and Madrid. It is this combination of local ties and European stature that makes the company equally attractive to customers and applicants.
The anniversary is not marked by a pompous ceremony, but rather by appreciation for those who made this journey possible in the first place. In a small celebration, Jörg Richard (CEO) thanked his colleagues—both the pioneers from the very beginning and the talented individuals who have recently come on board. They all contribute to what makes the company so special.
Looking to the future
For Incore Asset Management Solution, 25 years are no reason to stand still. Under the leadership of Jörg Richard (CEO) and Klaus Kümmel (CPO), the focus is on the future. The vision is clear: to continue driving forward digitalization without losing the personal touch and high quality of service. The journey that began a quarter of a century ago is far from over. It has just reached a new and exciting stage.
